Thaw frozen bread. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Let rise a little bit. Mix together like pie dough the rest of the ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over bread dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. If you like a lot of crumbs, you can 1 1/2 the crumb mixture recipe or even double it. (This is actually my version. My mother would have never used frozen bread dough. She would have made homemade dough).
