I used ready rolled pastry I keep in my fridge.
Had a pizza rolled dough and a puff pastry. I
fried some onions and a chopped chicken breast
,some spinach,mushrooms and a tablespoonful of
madras curry paste. Let it cool a bit. Then I
divided the mixture between the two pastries ,I
had half a tub of ricotta and add some of the egg
I beat up to brush the pastry with and divided the
ricotta over the chicken mixture ,then I cut some
sweet provolene cheese over ,then I brushed the
edges with some egg and sealed the edges well,a
few cuts on the top so steam can escape and it
will not puff up ,brushed it with egg and
sprinkled nigella seeds over . Baked in a 200 C
oven until done.
