1. In a heatproof mug, stir together the dry ingredients until all
lumps are gone.
2. Stir in the oil/ water and mix until you have a thick paste.
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute, checking it after 30
seconds. You will know when it's done if its springy on top, but
still a bit gooey inside.
4. Eat warm. Serve with some ice cream, cream or custard.
