1 container cherry tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
1 can of corn, drained
2 avocados, just ripe, not mushy, chopped into small pieces
Juice of one lime
3-4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
1 small red onion, chopped fine
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 dash of hot sauce
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
salt & pepper to taste
tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Note- it's good to have extra of all of these
ingredients on hand so you can add more of something
to your taste.
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Add
salt and pepper to taste, testing with tortilla
chips so you also get the salt from the chip with
your tasting. Continue to add more of an ingredient
until you achieve the taste you like.

Suggestions
With tortilla chips! Also great on grilled fish, chicken or fresh tacos.
