1) Preheat over to 450°F. Meanwhile, in a lightly
greased skillet, cook onion until tender, then add
spinach until the water has evaporated out and it
seems cooked. Set aside to cool.
2) In a large bowl, combine eggs, flour, baking
powder, and cayenne, then mix in the mix.
3) Pour the spinach-egg mixture into the egg mixture
and stir well to combine. Pour into a greased
quiche pan and top with the crumbled feta cheese.
4) Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown at
edges and the middle is set.
