1) Cook the egg over-easy or sunny-side-up. If you like runny
yolks, this tastes best when the yolk is runny.
2) Toast the slice of bread.
3) Place desired amount of smoked salmon on toast - about 1
ounce.
4) Place the egg over the salmon.
5) Sprinkle salt and pepper.
6) Enjoy - best with a fork!
