Preheat oven to 350. Place 6 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and
spray liners with cooking spray. IN a small bowl, combine cupcake
dry ingredients and sift together. In a separate medium bowl,
combine cupcake wet ingredients. blend until smooth. Add
cupcake dry ingredients except sprinkles to wet ingredients and
mix with mixer for 1 min or until smooth. Gently stir in sprinkles.
Pour cupcake mix into 6 liners. Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove and
let cool. Mix icing ingredients (except sprinkles) until smooth.
When cupcakes are cool, spread frosting on each cupcake. Top
with sprinkles.
