For the crumble, mix all ingredients in Kenwood on
low speed till a breadcrumb consistency is
achieved.
Toss the apples in lemon juice, sugar, spices and
lay in a pie dish. Sprinkle with some sultanas and
add few knows of butter and a splash of water.
Top the apples with crumble and sprinkle crumble
with more sugar and spice before baking. Bake at
180C for around 40 minutes or until golden. Serve
warm with custard or ice cream.
