Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Add milk all at once to Bisquick. Stir with fork into a soft dough. Beat dough 15 strokes. It will be stiff and sticky.
Roll onto surface sprinkled with Bisquick and knead gently 8 to 10 times to smooth up dough.
Roll 1/2 in thick and cut with biscuit cutter, glass, etc. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 10 to 15 minutes; close together for soft sides, 1 inch apart for crusty sides. Makes 12 2inch biscuits.
