1 lb. Bulk Sausage (or haburger, but sausage is best)

1 C. Celery, chopped
|
|
1 C. Onion, diced
|

1/2 C. chopped Green Pepper
|
|
28 oz. Tomatoes
|
|
4 C. Water
|
|
2 lg. Carrots, sliced
|
|
2 (8 oz.) cans Tomato Sauce
|
|
2 C. Water plus 2 Beef Bouillon
|
|
|
|
2 cans Beans (1 Pinto, and 1 Kidney or any combo you like)

|
1 can Green Beans
|
|
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
|
|
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
|
|
1/2 tsp. Basil
|
|
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
|
|
1/4 tsp. Pepper
|
|

Instructions |

Simmer until vegetables are cooked then add a handful of noodles (egg noodles, macaroni, shells.)
