Heat oven to 450. Mix water and mix together until a soft dough is formed. Knead dough 10 - 12 strokes on a lightly floured board. (DO not overknead, this makes tough biscuits).
to form the biscuits: Pick one: Roll 1/2 thick, and cut using biscuit cutter or glass turned upside down, dipped in flour.

pat into a rectangle and cut into squares.
