Boil your potatoes with the skins on, and add salt to your potato water. After they are done, put them in cold water to cool. When they are cool, peel the skins off, and then dice and put into large bowl. Dice the eggs and add them to the potatoes. Now add the rest of the ingredients and then add the mayonnaise and yellow mustard (about 2 Tbsp mustard). Mix all together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
