Pre-heat oven to 180 C.
Brush a 26 x 16 cm slab tin with Oil.
Line base and sides with non-stick paper.
Cook Bacon in a non-stick frying pan over medium-
high heat, stirring, for 2 - 3 mins.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Cook the Zucchini for 5 mins or until tender.
Transfer to the bowl.
Allow to cool.
Add Egg, Cheese and Oil to the Zucchini mix.
Sift in the Flour.
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Pour mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake for 30 mins or until set and golden.
