Wash and clean scallops and pat dry. In pan heat
oil and gently place scallops to sear for 10
seconds.
add garlic and tomatoes and allow scallops to
cook.
Add freshly ground black pepper and maldon salt.
Finish the scallops with a squeeze of lemon and
serve it on a bed of frisee lettuce. Sprinkle
left over juices over scallops from the pan.
