1 box lasagna noodles
|
|
1 lb. ground beef
|
|
1 small onion, minced
|
|
3 cloves garlic
|
|
2 lbs. ricotta (or provolone) cheese
|

2 cups mozzarella
|
|
1 cup parmesan
|
|
2 eggs, beaten
|
|
1 tbs. dried basil
|
|
|
|
1 jar (48 oz.) basil pasta sauce
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350°F; cook noodles & drain
Heat skillet, add beef & onion; cook until browned, drain fat- stir in garlic
|

In large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs & basil until blended; add beef mixture and blend again
|
|
|
Spred a thin layer of sauce in baking pan; top with noodles, then a layer of meat/cheese mixture (or serve rollatini style)
|
|
|
Cover with foil; bake 45 min. Uncover and bake extra 15 min. Let stand 5 minutes.
