SUGARED ALMONDS
~Melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet
~Add 3/4 cup slivered almonds, saute till lightly toasted.
~Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sugar and stir till sugar sticks to nuts
~Cool
DRESSING
~mix or wisk the following:
~1/4 cup minced onion/scallions
~3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
~3 tbsp white wine vinegar
~2tsp sesame seeds
~2 tsp sugar
~1/4 to 1/2 cup oil
~salt and pepper if desired
Ad sugared almonds and dressing, then top with desired fruit.
