Brown hamburger with onion. Drain off fat. Add noodles, water, bouillon cubes, carrots, potatoes and mushroom soup. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes. Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook a little longer.
