1 lb of Ground Beef
|

1/2 cup chopped onion
|
|
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced

3 1/2 cans of beef broth
|
|
4 cups chopped, unpeeled potatoes (5 medium pot.)
|
|
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sause (optional)
|
|
1 to 2 tablespoonssnipped fresh chives
|

Instructions |

|
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook the beef, onion and garlic till meat is browned. Drain off fat
|

Add the beef broth, potatoes and Worcestershire, if you like.
|
|
|
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat- simmer, covered for 15 mins or till potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with chives. Makes 4 or 5 servings
|
