In one bowl:
~1/2 cup and 2 tbsp melted butter
~1 small garlic clove; crushed
In one bowl:
~3/4 cup bread crumbs
~1/2 cup grated parmesan
~2 tbsp minced parsely
~1 tsp salt and pepper
~Pound chicken thin
~dip in melted butter and garlic and coat with bread crumbs mixture.
~roll up tightly and secure with toothpick
~Put in pan, single layer.
~drizzle with lemon juice, leftover butter, and sprinkle with paprika
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
