JANE’S PRETZEL SALAD
1st layer-
2 1/2 c. pretzels, crushed 3/4 c. melted margarine
3 Tbs. powdered sugar
Mix and put into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool.
2nd layer-
Mix 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese with one cup powdered sugar in
mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Fold in 1 - 8 oz. cool whip.
Spread over pretzel layer.
3rd layer-
Mix large box of strawberry Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.
Add 16 oz. frozen strawberries. Break with fork. When
partially jelled, add to second layer. Chill.
