2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic and onion seasoning
1 pkg elbow noodles
velveeta, 1/2 of the large size
minced garlic
chilli powder
garlic powder
Instructions
Brown beef, chopped onion and minced garlic on stove until beef is done. Drain and dump back into hot pan and add Velveeta, cans of diced tomatoes including juice. Let simmer until cheese is melted.
Cook noodles in separate pot. Once cooked add to beef mixture. Season to taste with chili powder and garlic powder.
Simmer an additional 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
Top with your favorite Mexican sides like Sour Cream, Fresh chopped Tomatoes, green onions and Fritos!
