1 Preheat oven to 375.
2 COMBINE yogurt, feta, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper for the
dip. Chill until ready to serve.
3 HALVE each pita crosswise (through the pocket) to make four
rounds.
4 WHISK oil and spices together and brush on cut sides of pita
halves. Cut each circle into 6 wedges, arrange on baking sheet, and
bake 7-9 minutes, or until crisp. Watch carefully-chips tend to brown
at different rates.
