Heat the oil in the pan. Put the beef in a bowl and add garlic
powder to coat. Add salt and pepper as well. Brown the beef and
pour it into the slow cooker.

Heat up the water and crush and stir the boullion cubes. Add and
stir the cornstarch and put it in the crockpock.
|
|
|
Add the D mixture and stir. Set crockpot on low for 6 hours.
|
|
|
When I did this, I put the bell peppers in for 6 hours. They were
soggy and I think could have been put in later.
