Add leftover roast beef, cut/shredded into pieces. Add mixed vegetables. If using frozen mixed veggies, be sure to stir to break them up, so they don't clump.
Note: You may prefer to rinse the beef if there is any hardened fat on it.

Add beef bullion (I prefer the granules/powder as they dissolve nicely), pepper, and any other spices you prefer. Suggestions are basil, thyme, garlic powder, etc. No measurements, whatever your taste prefers.
