Combine flour, oleo and nuts. Press into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese,
sugar, and 3/4 of the cool whip. Spread over crust. Whip pudding and
milk together until well blended. Pour over cream cheese mixture,
spread rest of cool whip over the pudding.
