1 large bunch of curly kale, rinsed, destemmed and leaves torn into large pieces
Instructions
In food processor, pulse kale to finely chopped consistency using bursts. Stop before it becomes pureed.
In medium size mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, scallions, celery, onion powder, granulated onion, granulated garlic, mustard powder, salt and cayenne. Mix well to combine.
Add finely chopped kale and mix in to evenly distribute. Chill for several hours prior to serving to allow flavors to meld.

Suggestions
Serve in standard sourdough bread bowl, or with cut veggies, corn chips, or with cut pita triangles.
