1 1/2 cups of flour in a bowl, add 3 eggs and mix well. Add flour enough to make a soft noodle dough. Place dough on board and roll out square 1/2 inch thick. 3 eggs will make 2 or 3 pieces. Dry then roll up and cut noodles and spread to dry. Add noodles to broth and salt. Boil and cook until noodle is done.
We make these on Turkey or chicken broth. Add onion and potato if desired.
