|
mix first 3 ingredients and let sit till foamy
|

add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
machine or hand knead until you get a smooth doughy consistency.
cover dough with a cloth and let rise at least an hour if not more.

don't forget to take challa and make a brocha!
form into loaves and bake at 350 degrees (300 convection) until
done the way you like it. the winklers like it light brown and
doughy.
