1 14 oz can fire roasted tomatoes (at trader joes)
2 cups stock (any kind)
2 handfuls of green, pimento stuffed, olives
2 yellow onions, sliced in 1/2 moons and then into strips
3 red peppers, sliced in 1/2, then sliced into strips
2 Tbspn olive juice
1 Tbspn cumin
1 tspn garlic powder
hot sauce, to taste
S&P to taste
Instructions
All your going to do is literally CHOP every thing and DUMP it into a soup pot, or something with high sides. Cut the flank steak int 1/3 because of the time it takes to cook, you can make them smaller.cook covered for 1 hour on low/medium heat... then another 45 to 60 mins uncovered, i stirred every 15 mins, but you don't have too.
