3. Once it starts frothing and about to get thickened, pour the oil /butter/ghee/mix of them and stir further continuously till it thickens enough.
4. The last step is most difficult because if the stove is put on sim, the batter gets dried and doesn’t come out soft enough. If it is in medium or high, there is a danger of burning the batter. That is why a thick vessel is needed.
