1. Wash atukulu and rice
2. Add salt and butter milk and let it soak for 7-8 hours
3. Grind them together, add baking soda and let it settle for 2 hours
4. Pour dosa batter on a thick bottomed pan in medium heat and ample oil. Don’t try to spread
5. Air bubbles should appear if the batter is right.
6. Serve with any chutney of choice.
