|
Brown the beef and drain off fat.
|
|
|
Chop onions and celery and add to the beef. Simmer on medium high heat.
|
|
|
Mix cornstarch in water and soy sauce and add to the beef. Simmer for 45 minutes or until onions and celery are very tender.
|
|
|
Salt and Pepper to taste. (this gets better when served the next day)
