Original recipe calls for 4 Tablespoons of
Jalapenos, and 3 cups of bread crumb, using a half
tablespoon to measure and roll with hands. Also
doesn't call for turning over. We tweaked it. (of
Course)
Our directions- Cream cheese was cold so we used a
pastry blender to get things going. Mix
everything except breadcrumbs to form a paste. Use
a small cookie scoop to measure out. Drop in
breadcrumbs. Roll around and then place on un-
greased baking sheet. We used a shot glass to
flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
We baked only a dozen at a time, so we
experimented each time. We like to bake them for
10 minutes, turn them over and bake for another 5.
Or until golden. Serve warm.
