Vegetables of choice (artichoke hearts, small whole black olives
blanched asparagus, cherry tomatoes, diced red onions)
Bernstein's Italian dressing
Black pepper
Julienned basil leaves
Instructions
Cook tortellini according to directions on
package. Drain tortellini and add to a big bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients to the tortellini.
After one hour, taste and add more Italian
dressing if necessary. Generally, the tortellini
will soak up the dressing.
