Pound the chicken breast filet to make thin..wrap a slice of ham or
prosciutto and a slice of cheese. Roll and secure with tooth pick. In
a little oil fry some chopped garlic, add the chicken until browned
a little on all sides. Add 2 cups white wine and peas. Season to
taste. Put in an oven proof dish. Cover with foil and continue
cooking for ay least 45 minutes! Serve with mixed veggies and
mashed potatoes!
