Wash and slice jalapenos. Remove some seeds from
rings to reduce the heat factor, if desired.
Thinly slice onions. In a large pan bring the
vinegar, sugar and spices to a boil for one
minute, stirring constantly. Pack peppers and
onions in sterilized canning jars, Pour hot syrup
over and place hot lids on jars. process in
boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
