In small bowl, coat pork cubes in 3 TBS of soy
sauce. Mix flour and sugar, then add pork cubes in
mixture. Set aside. Heat oil in medium-high wok
for 3-4 minutes and stir fry pork in two batches
(approximately 3 minutes each). Reduce wok heat to
medium low and simmer (covered) all pork for 30
minutes.
