Preheat oven 425
combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water, add
to a saucepan and heat rapidly until thickened set
aside to cool, once cooled add blueberries and
lemon juice. Pour filling into pie crust and
sprinkle with lemon juice put top on sprinkle
lightly with sugar, place on a baking sheet into
oven for 20 min then reduce heat to 350 for
another 20-25 min
