BASE- combine flour, BP, coconut, sugar, cocoa and mix with the butter. Press into
large size flan dish and cook on High (100%)for 3 minutes.
CARAMEL- Put condensed milk, golden syrup and butter into a little jug and caramelise
on High (100%)for 2-4 minutes. STIR EVERY MINUTE. Spoon onto base and smooth
top.
MERINGUE- Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat until dissolved. Spread over
caramel and cook on High (100%) for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.

Suggestions
Can decorate with whipped cream instead of meringue topping.
