4 flour tortillas

4 cups yellow or white rice, cooked and kept warm
|

1 can black beans
|
|
4 oz chopped green chillies
|
|
1/2 tsp garlic powder
|
|
1 tsp chili powder
|

1 cup tomato sauce
|
|
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
|

Instructions |
|
|
Add beans, green chilies, garlic powder, chili
powder and tomato sauce in medium pot.
|
|
|
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 15
minutes. Reduce heat and keep warm.
|
|
|
Stir cilantro in warm rice. Divide between 4 bowls.
Top evenly with beans.
