skin chicken & brown in oil.
|

|
mix ingred.(be sure to sprinkle corn starch so it won't lump)
|
|
|
place browned chicken in baking dish & pour over sauce mixture.
|
|
|
cook @ 375 for 1 hr. after sauce thickens cover with foil so chicken
can steam.
