In a shallow dish, beat together eggs, sugar, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well blended.
Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in a large skillet.
Dip each strip of bread in egg mixture, coating completely.
Cook the bread strips a few at a time (I did 6) about 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Be sure to melt 1 Tbsp of butter in between each batch.
Serve immediately!
