Whisk flour in with beef trimmings and add broth
and 1/2 bottle wine. Add garlic, carrots, onions,
gelatin, tomato paste, bay leaves, pepper, anchovy
paste, porcini mushrooms, thyme and parsley. lay
beef chunks on top of pan, partially submerged.
Add water to bring liquid up to 3/4 of the sides
of meat. Place roast pan in oven for 3-3.5 hours.
Check halfway and add water if needed.
