Boil breast then shred chicken. Place chicken in bowl with
cumin, garlic and green chili's. Brown tortillas in skillet with oil.
Place chicken mixture in tortillas and roll. Place rolled tortillas in
casserole dish. In small sauce pan add sour cream and enchilada
sauce. Place grated cheese on top of tortilla rolls. Pour sour
cream mixture over cheese. Top with remaining grated cheese.
Cook at 350 until cheese is melted.
