Cinnamon buns
dough- 500 grams flour, 12 grams yeast, 300ml milk, 2/3 eggs,
125grams margarine, 60 grams sugar. make sure you let them
prove properly
filling is just brown sugar and lots of cinnamon, once rolled, cut
and put in dish let to prove again, brush with melted butter and
bake
topping is 100grams sugar mixed with 125ml milk...you let
them boil together untill it becomes a thick syrup.
