Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 medium baking potatoes or sweet potatoes cut into large pieces
1 chopped onion
1 C frozen corn
1 can (4oz) diced mild green chiles
1 jar (16oz) salsa verde
2 t sugar
2 t ground cumin OR chili powder
1 t dried oregano
Instructions
1. Place pork, potatoes, onion, corn and chiles in slow cooker. Stir
salsa, sugar, cumin, and oregano in medium bowl until blended.
Pour over pork and vegetables. Stir gently to mix.
Cover; cook on LOW 6-8 hours or on HIGH 4-5 hours or until pork
is tender.
