160g butter
1 egg
2 tsp. honey
30g dark chocolate, melted
400g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
250g icing sugar
3 tsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
Process the hazelnuts with two teaspoons icing sugar to obtain a fine consistency.
Cream the butter. Add egg.
Add honey and chocolate
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, rest of the icing sugar, hazelnut mixture and salt in a bowl.
Add butter mixture to the dry mixture.
Mix together adding milk as necessary to obtain a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 6-8 minutes
