1 each large green, swt. red, and yellow pepper, sliced
4 med. potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
6 med. carrots, slice 1/4 inch thick
1 small cabbage, sliced
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 pnds. fully cooked pol sausage,1/2 in pcs.
1/2 c butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Place vegetables in order listed on three pieces of double-layered heavy-duty foil (18in x 18in). Add sausage, dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Fold around the mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30 minutes. Turn and grill 30 minutes longer or unti vegetables are tender.
