4-6 chicken legs and thighs (joined), skinned

salt and pepper to tase

1/2 cup chicken broth, or dry white wine

10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup

4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions |

|
Sprinkle salt and pepper on each piece of chicken. Place chicken in slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix broth and soup together. Pour over chicken.

Spoon mushrooms over top. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours, or until chicken is tender but not dry.
|

|
Optional ingredients-
1 clove garlic, minced, added in step 2.
Scant 1/4 tsp. rosemary leaves, fresh or dried, added in step 2.
