Directions
In a high power blender, like a Vita Mix, place spices, onion, garlic, and Baca's red chili, and enchilada sauce. Blend well. In a large oven pan place ribs and cover with the sauce, the whole bay leaves, and enough water to cover the ribs. Cover pan with foil and place in oven and bake until tender, about 3 hours in a 350 degree oven.
